This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to DocsNudge. Payments are processed by Creem. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
DocsNudge offers monthly subscriptions only. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. Access continues until the period ends.
We may issue a refund outside the standard policy in the following situations:
We evaluate exception requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with features, limited usage, change of plans, or circumstances outside our control.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Billing in your DocsNudge account and follow the cancellation steps. Canceling stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current period.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
