Refund policy for DocsNudge subscriptions

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to DocsNudge. Payments are processed by Creem. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions

DocsNudge offers monthly subscriptions only. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. Access continues until the period ends.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund outside the standard policy in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges: You were billed more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Technical failure: A verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of the billing period and we were unable to resolve it.

We evaluate exception requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with features, limited usage, change of plans, or circumstances outside our control.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@docsnudge.com with:

  • The email address associated with your DocsNudge account
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Billing in your DocsNudge account and follow the cancellation steps. Canceling stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current period.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
